Front passenger door - Removing the door trim.

Hi all.
I'm going to do some work on my front passenger door this weekend.
The handle to open the door on the outside does not work, but the inside door opener is fine.
I'm suspecting a linkage issue - anyone have any ideas???
To remove the door card, I'm guessing I take off the armrest, then pop the door card at the bottom and sides, then lift up and disconnect the speaker and window switch.
Am I missing anything?????

Thanks for that - I do have the manual and was going to look at it on Friday, but that has helped.
