Battery Flat, manual key unlock on pass door not working 2012 FL2 - HELP please -

    Hi all

    Help please

2012 FL2 - diesel - batt flat, manual key unlock not working (brute force has been tried)

How on earth and where can i feed 12v in via a trickle charger or how do I open the bonnet ? from outside ? - the starter motor is above the gearbox so i cant reach around from underneath to the starter positive, is the alternator in reach from wheel arch ?

The easiest would be if it has a towbar with a multi pin plug and a fridge circuit as that is live all the time, otherwise some of the light circuits in the plug might be live if they switch to earth, also you might be able to get light covers off and find a positive if the battery is not totally flat, else you'll need a circuit diagram.

No Towbar so that wont work, hoping alternator positive is reachable from underneath

If you can't get to the starter or alternator terminals but can get to the cable, you might have to do something horrible like wrap a wire around a screw and screw that into the cable.

A croc clip on a sewing needle is probably easier to patch.
