    Talking Thanks Outlaw

Long overdue Josh, but thank you for all your hard work and commitment over the past year and a bit in getting the GCLRO to where it is today Without question, our club would not be where it is now without your dedication, enthusiasm and expertise in running such a club. I am confident these sentiments and thanks will be echoed by the committee and general members alike, and as such, will take the opportunity to pass on their many thanks and appreciation also

Although the turn out for the AGM/Christmas party was less than expected, it was a great night and well put together so again thank you for taking the time to organise this........I for one can definitely say I am no longer 18 anymore and can't drink like I used to Had a great night all the same.

It is clear that you have taken an extraordinary amount of hours out of your working days/weeks to help move the club along with various club dealings and I feel this should be recognised also. I know how hard it is finding time to commit to club issues and there have been plenty of times when you have picked up the slack for me whilst maintaining your position also.

Wont be around at the December meeting to say thank you in front of the group, however as already said, thank you again for your help and also to all others who have helped not only get the GCLRO club off the group, but helped it grow into the fantastic club it is today

    Aye, Mick

    Agree on all counts......

Only new to the club but have had nothing but good experiences, and starting to realise that this has a lot to do with the hard work by Josh, with maybe a little bit of work from the other commitee members (Yes, you guys deserve some thanks also )

    Great Club, Great People.

    Thanks Again

I agree. Outlaw has spent many hours and alot of his time and should be congratulated on his hard work. The clubs groth and sucess is much attributed to Outlaw' so once again thanks.

By the way, did you get the DVD as I haven't heard from anyone? I will be editing the DVD and inc. all the trips I have attended this year onto it as the one I sent was a rough cut (no titles, credits or soundtrack etc....) Copies wil be available at small cost (to cover the DVD blanks, covers, etc..) Should be about an hour long once edited.

Will post up more details soon.

    congrats

Yep i'll forth that if that makes sence. Being on the commitee, let alone being president is a consuming job to say the least. Hopefully others will stand up and have a go so we can have a rest.

Heya guys thanks for the words of encourangement and more importantly from your support... it has been a long and sometime tiring slog to get where we are now but was all worth it and wouldn't change anything

I did spot this post a while back but thought i'd wait for a few more to chime in before saying anything... then forgot all about it...

I couldn't have done it without all the founding members behind me also working hard with calls, planning, ideas etc. etc. etc so a BIG Thank-you to MickG, X-Box, Drivesafe and yes even Camo & Grimace

Now onward and upward people... we've got the LR 60th Anniversary coming up and i want to go all out... now just need to have a debate as to when the 60th is '07 (when the prototype was released) or '08 (when the first production model was released)
