Flamin' heck.
I just finished flushing the cooling system sealer and filled the car with coolant. I started the car and heard the sound of ignition flashover. I looked behind the engine and saw a spark a good 13mm long. So I stopped the car to give the coil pack a wipe over in case it had some over spray from the hose. As soon as I touched the spark plug lead, that tower on the coil pack fell apart. That may explain the rough running it's had over recent months.
I'm up for a new coil pack which costs about $1800
Bloody Hell!

That's for the later model. I need:
FF003106 Coil Pack
supplied with bracket - up to WA410481 £199.00
LR part ERR6269
It's my own fault. I was talking this morning of selling it.
There's one of the later ones on eBay for US$10.

Ron,
Have you had her since her new.
I'm just wondering, because it may be used in Jim Rose circus as a stunt car, for running over Chinese men whilst they held a black cat on a mirror under a ladder!
Hope things look up for you mate, me thinks you've had run of bad luck with it lately.
Slainte

I can understand your frustration 210,000 is not alot of klm's on a modern motor car.
Just to show what a good guy I am & being Christmas, I'll stick by my original offer of $1000.
