    Looks like South East Queensland might get a little rain at last.

    It's all BoM data, may as well just look at the BoM site. (Without the ads!)

    A tornado passed nearby on Friday arvo and wrecked much of the village of Dunoon...

    two weeks after the biggest hailstorm ever seen here...

    ...and we've just copped another hammering (1530hrs mon) that's about 100mls since last night, excluding the hail...

    my teenage kids said (some of) the teachers at their school were,

    'like, having a major spaz, like seriously panicking, dad, like amazing, wouldn't let us go to the bus lines, we're gonna hafta stay the night panic, hey dad....'

    kids can be so descriptive...love 'em
