    from TDI to TGV

New injectors + rebuilt intercooler + Valve clearances + injector pump recalibration = bloody fast TDI. I am amazed at the difference in driveability.

It was expensive but damn well worth it.

Happy to recommend Rankin diesel in Bayswater to anyone, If you can find a 200TDI injector in AUS for less than $159... genuine bosch... I'll be to buckley's...

    How expensive in round figures?
Are we talking State budget deficit figures?

The new injectors all up were $750 including fitting etc etc.

The intercooler and valve clearances was $400, but that also included rodding out the radiator and new rocker cover gasket.

All up I paid out about $2000 as there were a few non fuel system items that needed repairing by my mech also.

    Mightn't be that expensive, but I'm a tightars3 student :P
