ARB Bullbar
I spoke to ARB Headquarters this morning to find out if there will be any new models of bullbars for the Defender 110 (in recent years, ARB has been offering new models that include lights). At this stage, there are no plans to provide other bullbar options for the Defender.
In a previous thread, there was a comment about ARB building bullbars in China. ARB told me that all bullbars for Australia are made in their Victoria plant. They have a new Thailand plant were they are manufacturing for world markets including the US. The challenge for ARB and other Australian manufacturers is finding skilled personel (welding).

Welders
We HPT who are doing high pressure welding on site for new power station in WA are using a team of Korean welders
A few major resource projects in WA are using teams of people who just go around world doing project work.
Raventhorpe had a team of Polish rubber workers on site who came and did work during European winter
Water treatment plant NOR in Perth will be using a Thai tunnelling crew
Guess you have to accept this fact with Globalisation of trade and failure by Govts since 1980's to promote trades training of workforce
