hey fellas,
curious if anyone on here has a stroked 3.9 (4.5L) or GEN III or LS1/2 in the fender?
or you know of anyone that has?

whats wrong with a Ford V8?
apart from the weight... (aren't they still cast iron blocks?)
not much,
*chev's are popular, as they use alloy blocks, (and cheap?)
correct me if I'm wrong though...
I haven't kept up-to date lately on V8 motors...
or if your keen to spend dollars,
*get a Euro V8, like an Audi, BMW, Jag, etc..
or Jap stuff,
*Toyota / Nissan both have been making them for ages.

yeah cheers, discokid does have a genIII in his race fender, just wondering if nyone else has had or has one?
or in anyother vehicle, even a lexus V8
I think it is lrdef110 that has a rover 3.9 and auto in his defender if that is any help.
84' 120" ute - 3.9 isuzu.
Yes I still have 5.7lt gen 3 in my defender
Thinking of going 6lt or bomb up the 5.7lt some more before this years safari
We also have another defender racing with us with an all alloy chev in it (Rodec or something similar) and a 90 being built with a donavan chev so plently of experience in high HP applications in the west
Do you need some info on the conversion??
yeah that would be fantastic discokid,
you looking at selling yours soon maybe then hey?
thinking of maybe a t700 as i think they are similar length to zf's, can't have anything too long obviously as wheelbase is tiny.
mate any info you got would be great, can email if any easier? archiscapes@hotmail.com
cheers again mate
