Hunt for HMAS Sydney doco abc

For anybody who missed it, I've archived a copy of 'The hunt for HMAS Sydney' onto a disc. PM me if you want a copy. It's S video off HD - decent quality.

(And, for those who want a precis: It appears that sometime after breaking contact, and having taken a torp just back from the bow - the forward sections being flooded - the bow broke off under power, and the ship drove itself under the surface like a sub.)

    Hi Langy,

My Grandfather was on that ship and I would love a copy on disc, we taped it as I dont have a DVD recorder but the quality isnt the best as the old VHS unit is on its last legs.

Let me know the cost, probably for two copies as my father would also definately love a copy, he has been looking for answers about his father since he was 7yo and has every book and documentation available.

It was my grandfather, father and aunty on the cover of the SMH weekend before last

    Brilliant

The documentry was brilliant, I feel for all the relatives of the lost soles on the Sydney. Lest we Forget the Ultimate Sacrifice they all made for Australians. I pray for the families that they now have some answers to the long awaited fate of Their loved ones.
I must admit I shed a tear for them when the lady got emotional on the show.
Good job to all involved with the search over such a long timeframe.
Rest in Peace too all those who served their Country on the Sydney.
