In search at the top of the page you can now choose either show by thread or show by post in standard search, or you can choose to find thanked posts.

Saves a pageload of the advanced search page.

I found the + (and) function now works, too.

For example try a search with, say, "garage IIA" and you'll get multiple results.

Now try "garage+IIA" and you'll get only one.
