    06 Defender Rear Diff

A mate has a 06 Defender Wagon , He wants to know if a diff centre out of a s1 disco will fit in the the rear of his defender

Reason being he has a 24 spline locked disco centre and wants to know if it will fit the P38 type diff housing in his Defender

If you know the make of the locking diff, go to the manufactures web site and look it up on their vehicle selction/application charts.

Sorry 110 , i thought the P38 type diff would have discribed it as a 110

    your're right but I don't assume anything,

you can fit the disco diff centre into the P38 diff with a 5mm spacer to get the right offset :

    Ashcroft Transmissions

I gather that spacer goes in between the crown wheel and the carrier
