My Interesting week.

Had a great experience this week at work.
I was asked to take an Archaeological crew out bush to search for Aboriginal relics, up on the headwaters of the McAllister River. Very cruisey indeed!

Anyhow, as an aside, I was returning home last night and stopped at the Erica Pub for a feed. There was a Nissan Navara out front with the bonnet up, being a bit peckish I paid scant attention.
Anyhow, talking to Mark the Publican, he told me of the Navara owners tale of woe.
It was a brand new, just bought yesterday Nissan and the owner was taking it up to Mt Selma and had got as far as Erica from Berwick, when the alternator light came on.
After lifting the bonnet, to his astonishment, the pulley had come off the Alternator!
20 bucks worth of phone call to Nissan just to get it towed!!!!

I watched a video about crash testing vehicles and the new Navara/Pathfinder and F series ford utes all scored 1.That means you have a almost garanteed fatal injury in a crash.It was very scary to watch the cabs split open along the seams. Pat
