Thanks Weeds for a great day out.
and thank you Col.Coleman for showing me the way over and duck creek road where I ended up camping with friends.
The drive up duck creek road was fun, with tons of rain and hail (yes that white hard stuff that I havn't see since I left Vic 2 years ago)
Cheers All

EDIT: Lockers seem to switch off or over load the circuit only when the front is engaged. :-(
D1 TDI 300, 2" lift kit, Maxxis Bighorns MT 265/70R16, bullbar, Dual ARB Diff Lock and UHF, the rest will come

Another quality ARB installation. Take it back as it sounds like the solonoid may have issues.

Looks like you had a great day out there and getting edgy after not 4WDing for over 2 months!!! Reading these trip reports is motivation to get the Vog all sorted and out on the tracks. Whilts you were out travelling across the countryside, I was busy fitting up the maxi's to the Vog (heavy **** job expecially without a 4 post hoist) but all good although the brakes now need sorting but that's another story.
Re- Air lockers. I remember I had issues similar to yours when I had an air locker in the front on the Aquarangie year ago. Took it back to ARB several times and still to no avail, I sold the air locker without ever getting it fixed but I tell you it was bloody annoying and it constantly leaked even after they replaced the seal on the air locking ring.
I fitted a maxi-drive to the front complementing the rear, much happer (and more reliable)And I'm glad I never sold them.

anybody happen to take any pics of BUSTER, they could be last we will ever have
....a bit of a sad note too the weekend, when i went to leave the dairy farm this afternoon and we could not find BUSTER....i remember seeing him about forty min before leaving and now thinking back...it was strange him not buzzing around our legs giving us a lick or two as everybody probably copped one or two yesterday......have just got home with a very distressed family, i was hoping he may have turned up at he afternoon milk, sadly not..
hope everybody had a good day, had a very windy campout with LRO last night.... we returned to the cliffs track as LRO thinks his centre diff lock was not engaged yesterday.....he drove up where i had to snatch him up yesterday with no worries
hey shep....that was a real bugger your passenger door, hope it comes up alright

Kelvin, he seemed a pretty smart dog, hopefully he'll find his way back to the dairy. It's a bugger of thing to happen.....
Thanks again for a great day. Pitty about the dint in the passenger door but hey thats all part of the fun. Sorry to hear about the dog although I'm sure he'll turn up.
Cheers Shepp![]()
