It's quite common for the fitter to shortcut the repair by not removing the tank. As you now know, the problem returns when it's done that way.
I am hoping that someone here can provide me with the LR part number for the green coded plastic fuel pipe that runs from the fuel pump to a joiner near the fuel filter (See photo). My nearest dealer is 250km away and I have had no luck describing the pipe to them over the phone.
I believe this is same pipe that was replaced via a recall notice. Mine had this done, which subsequently rubbed through (replaced under extended warranty), which also rubbed through (again replaced under warranty). I need a new one again which I will be replacing myself to make sure it is done RIGHT this time.

It doesn't look like it's listed separately in MicroCat - the four pipes are listed as an assembly.
