    Colorado 300

I seem to have a problem that when I load the different map areas onto the GPS memory, the other maps get removed. It seems to hapen when selecting large areas of my Africa Map or Tracks 4 Africa. Can one somehow change a setting to record onto the SD card?
I couldn't find this option in the settings.
    Thanks
    James

Make sure all the maps are selected for display. I forget where that is, think it's on the map screen, and I don't have a Colorado any more. Also, if it is a bug and it may be, ensure you've updated to the latest firmware via the Garmin: WebUpdater Garmin Updater. There have been significant changes and improvements in recent updates, for example TrackBack was added in I think 2.60.

Any other Garmin users reading this; you may as well update your firmware, it'll fix bugs and often give you small but useful functions.

When you are on your map screen, select "options" on the top left menu button and scroll down to "select map".
Put a check on the ones you want to display or uncheck the ones you dont want.
With the Tracks4 maps, any Garmin maps you have showing can be over ridden, so you may need to turn these off. This includes the basemap too.

With Tracks4 and the installed std basemap, you cant do auto routing.

    Hope this helps.
