If it is original engine in reasonable condition, then the biggest concern is rust, mainly chassis and bulkhead. As commented above, the sills are relatively easy to fabricate (the originals are apparently NLS but you can replace them with 110/Defender ones - but they are pricey) as indicated, they are in one piece including the centre pillar and the sloping bit.
It has been messed with a fair bit, but if it is mechanically reasonable, and the rust not too bad (it is probably worse than it looks!) the price may be reasonable - series wagons are not all that common.
