How did we go?

A couple of weeks ago Abaddonxi asked us to give a hand to raise some funds for an AULRO Server.

Incisor is up for a few bucks just because he wants to offer a better service - read quicker service.

The site - AULRO - needs about eight thousand bucks.

Shouldn't be a big job to raise given that we have over 5000 members and NO MEMBERSHIP FEES.

And we all get something out of the site.

Geez, you can rape this site for all the info you want - and not pay a cent!

Some blokes contribute (oh yeah... and some ladies) contribute a damned lot of technical info and others help out with fund raising etc. Then there are people like me who glean as much info as possible, occasionally post something totally useless (usually in Chinese-Tullamore Dew-Bundy language) but SUBSCRIBE.

Then there are the OTHERS. The Takers and Not Givers.

So, (off the soapbox now) how did we go.... are we close to knocking off the eight grand?

Who cares! Just chuck in a couple of bucks... crickey... even five... and Inc. might be able to pre-empt our next glitch and get an even better server

Takes 2 minutes (max) to do a bank transfer of five bucks. Go on... do it.

And when you do it....put it up... tell us you subscribe.... tell us you stole the kid's pocket money and donated five bucks...sold the cat .......paid Mrs Ho Har to bake a cake.......
