I got the flyer from Lightforce last month. Don't believe they are available for a few weeks still, but basically the word is "sometime in October". They are also supposed to be cheaper than the 240 HID's.

I thought about waiting but decided the 240 HID's would look good on the Defender - this weekend's project... if the bullbar turns up

Weve not seen them here in the UK either... As one of the main UK distributors though, Im sure it wont be long before I can get my hands on them....

Overlander Magazine has an HID write up and comparison in their Oct08 issue. It was a scientific test. The Lightforce Genesis spots looked pretty good in comparison to the other HIDs, the spread was very ordinary compared to the other HID's.

I see the 240Blitz now comes with a HID retrofit kit too. Might have to have a bit of a look!

Maybe Ive missed something here... but where's the association with Lightforce & Mantec????
