    130 Rear Shocks

Rito 130 owners , what's a good shock for the rear of a 130 crew cab ? Currently my truck has a pair of Boge shocks on the rear and they are getting tired , very bouncy in the rear end when driving. The shocks only lasted 15 months , is this a normal life span ? Truck has HCPU tub on it with 2 inch lift heavy duty Dobinson springs and no helper springs. Most driving being done unloaded on open bitumen road allthough has done a Lakefield NP trip loaded and a bit of beach driving.

I would say your best bet would be a set of bilsteins
We had a set of boge shocks on the county, they didn't last very long

I put Billies on approx 2 months ago and love them, I'd say worth the money for sure.

im having a similar issue with a 2 inch lift,
on my pirenti , thinking my 3 ton beast would be heavy
enough to use a 130 lift ,the shocks don t stop me bouncing
down the road.they are new shocks i got with the lift.!!!!

Have had Powerdown Adjustable Shocks for nearly 5 years with good results. Had a couple of goes to fine-tune the rear ones & now as good as gold.

I have Delphi shocks in my Defe and used them on RR as well.
I rate them better than the Bilstein shocks in my old Disco.
I believe that they are among the best shocks in the market

We have bilsteins on ours.....they handled the Kimberley's very with the camper on the back. Though we are thinking of air bags inside the rear springs for when we put the camper on
