    2A 88" Truck Cab

    Here is my new project.
Picked it up from out west last week and looking forward to getting it up to scratch to use around the property - well that's the plan anyway!

No, not currently running. Starter motor is out and needs a battery. Easy fix and then should be a goer!

Looks fairly straight and not too rusty. Should do up nicely from what I can see.

Hope so. I will get it into the shed on the weekend and start to have a good look over it. No paint left on the chassis so hopefully not to many suprises when I get into it. There is a very large number of mud nests - wasps or similar - all through it. drivers side windscreen was in one piece but got a stoine through it on the trip home on the trailer!

As far as I can work out from chassis number it is a 62-66 model. Not sure how to narrow it down any further.
It is pretty straight, just a couple of dints and small tears in the bottom front edge of the front guards and someone has walked all over the roof!. The front doors, more so the front passenger door, has a few bubbles along the bottom edge. Will keep record of progress on this thread.
    Cheers
    Muz
