    Fast Glass

    Ok,
    I was reading a review of the new(ish) Defender and the reviewer mentioned fast glass......
    Please Explain!

    Perhaps that's why my Puma is faster than my Tdi Defender

    Haven't come across that one before.

    Not a guess, term has been around for a long time, yanks started it in the 70's if I recall

    A new term to me too!
    In my old disco, I had fast glass on NSF, NSR, OSR and ambling glass on OSF!

    Now I know!

    The glass sits almost flush with the body work to make it more aerodynamic.

    I wouldn't think its a big issue give landys have the aerodynamics of a brick.
