Photo competition: Topic number 3

As the fortunate (or so I have been told) winner of competition #2, I get to choose the next subject & the rules.

Well, seeing as I know virtually nothing about photography, the subject & rules are going to be fairly simple.

So, it's:
Native flora & fauna in your garden.


Rules:
The photo must have been taken in your garden.
No editing of the photo, 'as is' please so everyone can have a fair chance.
One photo per user name only.
The plant or creature must be native to Australia.
Competition closes 11th January 2009 at 6.00pm and voting will comence on this day until the thurs then the winner will be announced ready for the comp on the 18th.

I probably could have used a picture I have of a magpie but strictly speaking it was not taken in the garden. It had the temerity to walk in through the door and sit up on the back of one of the lounge chairs while I took photos from a couple of metres away.
