With a 2 litre engine, so unfortunately not so genuine original as suggested. However to give credit to him he does mention the engine and wheels.

What isn't present are the spacers for the split rims on the bonnet mount and the trafficators which were all standard kit for the Brit Army 80".

No one seems to have commented on the price?

Seems a fair price to me if it is as good as claimed. Were the split rims available in 1950? My book lists them as optional equipment on the 88".

What are the red things on the fishplates?

They look like a concession to modern traffic aids, blinkers/indicators.
