Probably the anti shudder springs have lost their tension if the clutch plate has them.
It could be hot spots on the flywheel or pressure plate but I'd put my money on the centre springs loosing tension.
just started to notice my county with r380 has started to shudder as i let the clutch out in 1st and reverse not overly bad but still noticable is this the clutch going or something else.any thoughts would be good

would that mean a new clutch or can the springs be replaced
