    Lifted Defender

This is my first post, hope ive done it properly.
Anyway put new coils & shocks under the 110 the other day the old ones had sagged a fair bit. Springs are extra heavy duty 2in lifted King springs, and shocks are long travel Bilsteins (expensive). Lifted the front 4in and the rear 2in. Its great now sits level.

What's the ride like with the H/D Kings? I was going to use these but they felt pretty stiff.

If its empty, its firm! loaded though they are fantastic.

Defender looks good. Out of interest which springs did you use? KRFR-03HD on the front and KLRR-05HD on the rear or some other combination?

It is a lot stiffer but better i think it used to have heaps of body roll (no sway bars) but now i can go around corners almost like a sports car. I will check the No. on the springs.

Any chance of counting the total number of coils accurately (including the closed and ground ends) and an accurate measurement of the wire diameter ?

Far easier to give Kings a call and ask them for the specs. I've found them to be excellent to deal with on a similar matter.
