I agree with Lost Landy - I have never seen one. The market had changed in Australia to dropside trays before the hi-cap was introduced, and as far as I know it has never been offered here. (same story pretty much with Landcruisers for example, although interestingly not to the same extent with Hiluxes).
Another reason is that relatively few cab/chassis or similar 110s have ever been sold here - most sold were 120" wheelbase, replaced by 130s when they became available - and the 110 tub would not have fitted the 120.
For some reason the somewhat different one on the 130 dual cab is more common, possibly because more are sold for recreational use, whereas 110s sold for recreation use are overwhelmingly wagons with hardtops a distant second.
The bulkhead panel is the same with the dropside tray, and is close enough to swap on the Series 3 - and as noted in another thread, the cab/chassis or dropside tray was the most common Series 3, so there should be plenty of them about.
