You raise the turret to suit the shock. It all comes down to open/closed lengths, and generally, everyone does their own or get a fabricator to cut/shut the stock turret unless you really want bling ones.
Choose what shock you want to run (eg Koni 82-2385 or OME N73 from a Land Cruiser 80 series ) allow 25mm bump stop compression (any less and you will go metal to metal on the shock, and that isn't good) measure open and closed and adjust the turret height accordingly.
There is a way to fudge the turrets with a Koni/land Crusier setup and maybe the OME's, almost anything else requires cut and weld.
