    Kickboard on the door

I'm wondering if anyone has installed a kickboard on the inside of the doors? I don't know about you, but I have a habit of using my foot in the motion of opening the door. i can see how the door will wear thin over time, so perhaps an aluminum kickboard is in order.

If you ever done something along these lines, a pic or some tips would help a lot.

Yes, i did that on my old County because it had started to wear through. Some textured finish aluminium sheet I had lying around pop riveted on through to some more sheeting behind the interior door lining.

Sorry no photos. Vehicle long gone now.
