    Question about diffs

    This may seem silly to some but was wondering if 130 and 110 front diffs are interchangeable and if there is any difference between them.
    I have searched but not really found the info i was after. Cheers.

    All 110 and 130 front and rear diffs and halfshafts/ cv's from 1994 build, MA chassis, are the same. 110's in county (early) were coarse spline fronts, and early Defender from 1992/3 were coarse spline,and axles and CV's etc were different to later MA onwards. Some late 1993 (LA chassis prefix) were fine spline.
    The MA series Defender shared the same front differentials as all the D1 and soft dash RRC with an MA chassis prefix.

    Shano;

    Generally, all 300Tdi equipped vehicles, D1 and Defnder, have interchangeable front differentials, so yes it would fit no problems.
