another tyre question
My current tyres have finally come to the point where I need to replace them. Have decided that the next set will be B F Goodrich however would appreciate your input as to which one.
Am looking at the Long Trail Tour however the All Terrain is almost the same price. These are to go on a P38 petrol.
Currently run M+S so think the Long Trail Tour will cover my off road needs. Although the potential of the All Terrain is attractive for muddy tracks on farms and snow on the road. I realise most people on here do not usually have a problem with snow on the road.
I do a lot of long distance highway driving covering 20k miles a year. What will be the on road difference in these tyres - Road noise, grip, dry/wet?

Before you check the on/off road performance, get someone to show you the load rating for the particular size all terrain you want as some are only rated to 850Kg from memory.

I had the long trails on my RRC and had a very good run, You will be surprised how well they cope off road and with mud and snow compared to the A/T. Very nice tyre to drive on the black top.
