    fellow LR owner may need help !!! (house on fire)

    My wife just got home to find that a house up the street is on fire.

    Have no idea whether Paul (whose house it is, and who drives a TD5 130) or his wife are home or not, though being a work day we hope to God, not.

    Anyway we won't know until later whats happened or extent of damage etc but i thought I'd post on the forum now..

    any people in Brisbane who may have anything they can donate that someone who has lost their house might need ?

    May not be required at all, but at least I thought I'd get people thinking about it.

    Well the house is pretty gutted looks like they may have lost pretty much everything. The firies and coppers are going through the place doing their investigative thing which I suppose must be standard practice.

    His wife's colleagues have arranged somewhere for them to stay for the moment I understand.

    Some people just have **** luck... I've also found out the poor bugger has been diagnosed with throat cancer !

    Vlad that is like just ****ed up.
    Maybe a collection from the other states is there a way we can do it so it's above board and it goes to the persons intended to help ??
    If we can do something like that it would be good.
    Not saying anyone on here is dodgy just protects everyone, and as i am in W.A. it's hard to give them consumables and also they would know what they require.
    Can AULRO arrange charitable trusts for things like that so we can all help.... i know it's not what it's here for but it would be nice to help out
