The knob thing sounds like a standard window lock for a 2/2A sliding window.
Where abouts are you Ronnie? (I assume Vic going by your sig...)
I am currently moving out of our warehouse/office that the business is in and am having to get rid of some things. If you are interested, I need to have them gone in the next couple of weeks.............
-(2) series 3 door tops, completely rusted but the skins are good. Neither have windows. These also have some door handle looking things which are on them that have a little knob and are bolted on with two bolts. MAY JUST BE A MILITARY ITEM!
- (1) series front window, complete with glass
Let me know if you are interested-Ronnie

yes mate, I am in melbourne.................The windows had locks on the insides which are no longer any good. These pcs I am talking about are actually on the outside of the window. I am in the process of shifting offices, but will try to take pictures tomorrow. They are about 100 mil long and have a know protruding at a right angle to the window.
Cheers,
Ronnie
