I'm still trying to find an estimate of the little pugs HP,,,

but the driving styles are way different,,

did you notice how LITTLE/FEW times Ari actually changes gear??
also he is often sideways before the corner to wash off speed,,, no engine noise.

I read somewhere the pug was 4WD-4WS,,??

that armco 's funny,, its down the bottom where an off might not kill you--

The original Pug film of Pikes Peak from fifteen years ago (or was it twenty now ) was called Race to the Sun ?? or something similar ?
Or am I mixing my rally videos ? I used to have it on VHS anyway. Wonder where it is now.

    Go Ari

The two clips are worlds apart, Ari was awesome and the film is also more professional IMHO.

This leads me to wonder what is stuffed in the heads of the Anti Rally mob up here in the northern rivers. Talk about a vocal minority!

    Great footage thanks

    Climb Dance

    Gday guys

I still have the original VHS of ARi at Pikes. It is called climb dance, and I pay nearly fifty bucks for it about twenty years ago.
The Peugeot in question is based in the Group B 205 and is 4WD and runs about 600 Hp in Pikes trim.

The bottom part of the course has always had bitumin and armco, but this part of the course is not often featured in videos.

Check Youtube for climb dance set to AC/DC 'Its a long way to the top if you wanna rock and roll'

    Cheers

This is all correct except that the movie states that it was a 405, not a 205.

    Amazing movie.

It certainly has a 405 front clip but what's behind that is anyone's guess.
Seeing as the 205 had similar mechanicals to the 405, it's probably safe to call this particular car a 305 .
