    Question Hard Choice: a new RR sport or a camera lens

    If you have U$A 120000 (yes one hundred and twenty thousand american dollars) what you get?
    1)A new Range Rover
    or
    2) a 1200 mm Canon EF 1200 f5.6L Lens ?

    When I bought my first SLR, there was a lens available for it that cost the same as a small car.

    The camera was an Exa, which took all the same lenses etc as the much more expensive Exakta.

    The lens was a 1000mm telephoto and I think it cost 835 pounds, which in 1964 was about the same price as a Mini.

    As the camera body only cost 19 pound 10 shillings, I thought that was probably overkill.

    can i just have the cash and buy somthing better?
    large format 2 or 3 lenses and a sinar d back perhaps
    and a few spare cars
