Have you considered a HID conversion for your headlights or existing spotlights?? pick them up for around $150 at some places nowdays
HI Guys
I thought I would ask if anyone has tried these....
I know they are from China but I also know a couple of people have brought cheap HID headlight kits and been more than happy with them
These lights look like the ARB sidewinder lights but are literally half the cost
The lights on the 110 need to be replaced as the roolights were just not up to the job so considering these

yeah and then we will get acussed of off roading it for a third time and because we tampered with the headlights nothing on the car will be covered under warranty
I would rather spot lights over a headlight up grade.....because then it will fill up the fabby dabby doessy bar you built.

I have a $120 (delivered) set of chinese ebay 55w H3's in some cheap Narva 170 spotlights and they are great, both in terms of light output, ease of fitting and reliability. In some decent lights, they would be even better, but they do me just fine.
Total cost - $220 for a pair of 55w HID spots which are unlikely to get a second glance from a thief.
Unless internal ballasts are really important to you, I'd convert some. Some are easier to convert than others, lightforce/roolight etc require extra parts, some others require cutting holes. Many lights require no mods and take about 5 mins to swap over.
A mate of mine just brought a pair of those off ebay !! and I cant knock them for that money !!! worked a treat and as good as a few sets of expensive ones that Ive set up !
I picked up a set of Cibie Super Oscars for $100, and added 35w HIDs... a great light just became awsome, and with a metal case, easy to secure etc.... and they just look like an old set of lights, ... less bling!
