Scallops suggested I post a couple of pics of Matilda's sibling which we also dubbed Matilda about 7 years ago. At the time I was running it around the farm at Millaa Millaa.

She has already had a lot of work including a complete engine rebore and rebuild. The previous owner ran it with smashed piston rings and we had to take the max 40 thou off. The right hand front wing and right side tub were badly bent and filled with bog. The tailgate was bent stupid but I managed to panel beat it without replacing any metal. It has a replacement bulkhead but otherwise is much as original. The station wagon hard top is not on it yet.
The steering box is a recirculating ball not a worm and nut so this may be off a series 2 (any advice on this point? when did they change?). The Otani 7.00-16 bias ply spare is new. Closest I could get to the bridgestones without spending a fortune.
First time I have done this. Hope I have got it right. Enjoy the pics
