    WELL THATS ABOUT IT WAS A GOOD TRIP AS ANY TIME AWAY USUALLY IS. FUEL CONSUMPTION WAS THE ONLY DOWN SIDE $600 DOLLARS TO DO 2400 KMS GUESS THATS THE PRICE YOU PAY IF YOU WANT HORSEPOWER . THINK A DIESEL CONVERSION IS ON THE CARDS NOW AS WANT TO DO MORE TRIPS ..

    I just came back from Deepwater about a week ago, fantastic place. It's great how the rainforest just turns into beach and the 4WD only access seems to keep the crowds down. Hate to rub it in, 1200kms cost me $130.

    I understand the fuel woes, but generally the pictures, memories and time away (with or without mates) makes it all worth while!

    Wish I could take shots like that!
