		Hey guys,
Catchy thread title don't you think? Yeah, I am poo at describing this (really?) so please bear <growl> with me....
I am looking for the official title and a possible supplier of the roll bar-ey bar that bolts around the windscreen with horizontal bars above and below the windscreen and you bolt spots to the top bar. They look to be secured through the body just in front of the screen on the top of the front quarter panels.
I know that's a mouthful but I've no freakin' idea what it's called and three Landy stores have no idea what I'm talking about (No names will be given to protect the identity and possible, though doubtful, innocence!!)
You see them on Mongo styley Deefers with big wheels etc.
I've searched the internet (my god there is so much poo out there!!) and have searched the forums so apologies if this has been covered.
Anyhoo, I hope someone out there knows what the hell I am dribbling on aboot and can put me out of my misery.... and yours!
Thanks all,
Sideshow Bob

Thank you both for your replies, that is what I am looking for. To be honest I didn't know it was a full cage. I thought (and I'm basing this off the few photos I've seen) that it only went over the windscreen area. But it's actually much, much better!!!
Cheers guys,

now look, or listen: I know that some words get F in the google translation (if u understand hebrew it's quit funy reading the translation) so here are some key words that i noticed:
"hbolm", "shbolmim" or the similar word's usaly meen: "shock observer"
"givving birth" (the funiest yet) or similar: "chassis"
"irtoch", "ritoch" or similer: welding
hope the Pic's fill most of the gaps.
enjoy,
Whisky
Lost in translation....
Giving Birth, that's gold right there!!
Thanks again Whisky, I have an engineer friend who has agreed to have a look at whether he can build one and still give it all the bells and whistles that the for sale ones have. As in strength in the right places etc etc.
Thanks for your help, much appreciated

Hey Side Show,
Check out E-Bay there is a version of this full external cage available. (Item No 110294993124)
Seems to be more comprehensive than the one shown here, it has a roof rack built in.
The schematics and pictures are pretty good if your mate wanted to copy it.
Cheers
