Looking from the front of the motor. On the outside ring of the compressor, past the power steering pump (logic says it should go round it??) down to the main pulley (bottom of the motor) up to the tensioner pulley then round the a/c compressor. Hope this makes sense and assists.

Sorry I can't help with photo's. Mine has three belts. A/C belt, Power steering belt, (main crank to Power steering, Power steering unit has the adjuster-tensioner built into the bracket) then a small belt from the power steering pump to the alternator which has the adjuster- tensioner as part of the bracket.
All in all its a bit of a strange setup compared to other cars that I have had but is a Landrover after all!!

Ok, here is one of the photos that Martin has kindly sent me. I need the belt, that much I know, however I also need the pulley that can be seen on the bottom LHS of the image.

Does anybody know the part number for it???

    Hoooooly crap!

    Hahaha!

Is that pulley just a jockey (ie free spinning) or is it connected to something?

I think it's free spinning, but on a spring arm. it's an elusive thing parts wise. I'll have to have a look at some of the parts books tonight.

edit: i've found the part number, 614718 by the looks of it, which is also common to the v8. and my brother has a block not being used that may have one. I'll have to check!
