    2010 Photo Competition - Week 1 (ending 03 Jan 2010)



    Hopefully being the holiday season, everyone can come up with at least one pic to represent this time of year, whether it be Christmas, New Year's, Boxing day test, Sydney to Hobart or just lounging by the pool in the backyard.

    Anything to do with this time of year is fine.

    Also..

    1. Posting two pictures is encouraged but only one pic can be an old photo (shot before 24/12/2009).

    2. Photoshop is fine. Just remember, less is more.

    I haven't worked all over Christmas

    lol. I don't think you are the only one. The next topic sort of swamped it with it's interesting rules, I think.

    I wasn't going to post anything until at least 2 others had posted something but I'm going away for a couple of days from tomorrow so I'm running out of time.

    I'll play.

    I had only JUST got my camera so I hadn't figured out auto focus yet.. So pretend its in focus.. and framed properly.


    And this is probably my best shot of the fireworks.

    Special moments

    I have the chance to see part of my family again and share the holidays with them so for me these moments are something special.
    Also the spot where we have the BBQ was awesome. solitery and remote.
    They are not great photos but itreasure them and like to share with you.

    my best wishes for all of you on the 2010 and i hope that i am going to have the chance to know many of you
