If someone in Melbourne wanted to fit coils, I would be very happy to supply all the labour to fit a coil conversion in return for the old EAS parts.

Hello all, I know this is a long shot, but I'm after all the bits from a p38a's EAS system.
It's for an unusual project I want to try, which may not work, so I don't want to spend much money on it.
I had a complete system lined up, but unfortunately it is no longer available.
the expensive parts I would prefer to require rebuilds, and if the project fails I'll send you back the rebuilt units (valve block, compressor etc).
I can't say much more about the project at this stage as I have a lot of testing to do with interfacing the system to something else.
Perhaps someone who has converted to coils can help me out.
Anyway,
Lets see what happens!
Cheers all,
Fraser

I can probably get some bits but they'd only be secondhand air bags.

At this point Ron, I'm wanting to set up a testbed for "proof of concept" (I think that's the proper term). If that proves sucessful, I'l move on to rebuilding all the worn/faulty components, then new airbags.
If you could find out what you can get and let me know any details I'd appreciate it heaps.
Any components in any condition would be fantastic!
Thanks,
Fraser
I'll have a look at what I have in the garage. I need to empty some cupboards.
