What a fantastic weekend!

Great company, weather was perfect, not too much wind and heat. No bugs

Zoe and I with Cookie+Erica+4 kids made our way to the barge on friday in Rangie and Cookies 100 series. Met up with 'Rat' Chris with his wife Elisse+Tom + friend Denis all piled in the 110.

We found a nice spot on flinders beach to setup camp. Was an interesting exercise with 4 teenagers who have never camped before! but we got it done.

Saturday we made our way to brown lake for lunch and a swim. Fresh water is always nice, then headed to Point lookout for a few drinks at the new pub. Then back to campsite at 4pm to get fire started for camp oven stew. Always a treat..specially when you bring a cookie

Sunday we packed up early before heat kicked in and went to main beach for a dip and beach cricket for most of the day. Rat and family headed back to the barge as they were leaving earlier than us.

All in all a perfect weekend with no issues at all (rangie didn't miss a beat!)
