    P38 Updates

    What changes / updates between early & late model P38's. Anything significant apart from computor changes to look out for.

    thor injection- more power and torque, bosch electrics, side airbags, better speakers, more chrome on the inside trim, clear blinkers, rear 12v outlet, better cup holders, 4 wheel traction control, more reliable cruise control, better rear view mirror. The australian ones didnt get the 4 gear front diff though.

    Mine was July 1999 build and has virtually all the mods listed except the 4 pin front diff and rear power outlet. Latter is a 20 min job... tapping a 10A feed behind the rear LHS plastic hatch and mounting a Heller socket into the cover around the subwoofer. 4 pin diff conversion takes a little longer...
