I have these brackets on the bonnet of my 109 I got. I can get you some measurements from that tomorrow night, when I get home from work.

 Tool Brackets
		G'day Everyone
Maybe this question should be directed to the REMLR sections, but I thought I'll start here first...
I've been fortunate to buy a set of guard mounted tool brackets for Arthur from another fine member here on AULRO. Looking forward to a bit more space inside on the next trip by putting the shovel and axe on the outside.
I have scoured around trying to find pictures and measurements for the correct placement locations. The best I could find so far is the picture below from the REMLR site.
I'm hoping someone might be able to annotate the picture with some measurements. It would also be great to see a couple of pictures with tools fitted.
Thanks

Ok, took some photos and got some measurements for you..
1st Photo, the setup
2nd Photo, Shovel Bracket... Measures 54cm from bolt centre to bolt centre.
3rd Photo, Axe Bracket... Measures 44cm from Centre of Axe head bracket to handle bracket bolt Centre.
Also the alignment of the Shovel bracket is centre to centre. And the Axe handle bracket of offset to the right slightly.
Don't know what the other bit is, tire tie down or something??
Wolf
wolf,
FYI, the "gardening tool" holders are originally mounted on the top of the gaurds and not the bonnet. Black and white pic in first post is correct
Paul
Yeah, I know. I didn't put them there. They were on it like that when I got the vehicle.

Thanks Wolfman
Here are the measurements supplied by Dinty :

G'day Dinty
Thanks Dennis for those detailed measurements,(in MM I presume) now all I have to do is convert to inches
As for those that are a little mistified by the webbing strap in the centre of the bonnet mounted spare wheel, it is the windscreen tie down strap, when the screen is folded down, that is what the centre footman loop on the top of the screen is for, the outer two have the canopy straps through them.
cheers
