    Son bought a D3

Of my loins has decided his D1 is just not big enough, his wife could not live with the luxury trim pack and Jaguar type ride of a Defender Puma (I have one) and decided to buy a D3 TDI from Victoria and drive it home to Perth. When we serviced it, (he's in the trade), we could not find the pollen filter or the filter for the air suspension. Any guidence would be appreciated.

Welcome to the world of the D3.

The pollen filter is behind the glove box There are clips either side and the filter slides out, and the compressor filter is in the LH rear quarter panel behind the plasctic cover in the load area.

Has anyone found a non genuine replacement for the pollen filter?

The genuine ones are rather over the top in price.
