I wasnt sure which thread to post the pics in so ill put them in both.

Well the 3rd offical trip of the GCLRO calendar was to Ormeau.
There had been a lot of rain the weekend earlier, which had changed the tracks quite a bit.
So I got to the air down point about 6.50am this morning, With Grimace and Dallas arriving about 10 mins later.
Next up was Greg and Teena, with mate Peter, in the Outkast RRC, then Darren and Mel.
Next in was the south convoy of Harry, Hoops (Shaun) and mate Anthony, Kelvin, Busman, and Josh, followed a few minutes later by TimJ in the game.
So we headed into the creek run, towards the teacup. Straight away we could see the huge rainfall from last weekend had made some changes to the tracks. I bypassed one of the sections of water, as last time we had driven it, it had been about 3ft deep and it looked far deeper today.
heres some pictures.
TimJ piloting the Game through the creek:
Busman:
Harry: (The rock step just behind Harrys NSR wheel can normally be driven by some cars but it was so washed out that no-one managed it today. The water was about 18inches deep instead of about 6"
Greg
Darren:
Dave entering the tea cup. This was far deeper than I have seen it before. I was first car in and it didnt feel very nice sinking into the silty base!
Greg messing around in the rocks. We ended up having to split into 2 groups here as with the tracks being far more washed out they were harder than expected:
Teacup: (Farily deep water!)
Kelvin:
Grimace: (on sticky 37" Treps)
Josh!!!!!! Out on a trip!!!!!!!!! driving!!!!!! Didnt make it up here but managed to scoot around the left hand side and drop back in:
We wanted to turn left here!!!!:
After a slight detour back into the upper creek run:

So you got there, thought you couldn't make it good to see that you had
Still even if the bullet was going, it's was too bloody hot for me to handle. I hate the heat regardless, the alternative for me to sweat my knackers off in the shed building my rear bar, dunno what would have been worse but I did have beer on hand so that was a good thing
Trav
Great shots guys glad you all had fun with no breakages. I spent the day digging silt out of gully with the tractor so I had fun or sorts.
