No idea where it is now. Saw one in Brisbane (would have been mid nineties) that looked to be in good condition and parked under cover for protection from weather. This was until the owner pointed out that it had been shortened in the chassis due to rust. Was proud of his work as otherwise would have been scraped. Cut in middle and joined back together.

This FC is now Owned by Andrew.R in Two rocks WA.
The chassis number is 30100288B. It has a holden red motor. It is missing FC rims.
2b chassis number 33100143A, previously listed as Darwin, is now in Adelaide, owned by me.
It will have a series 3 6cylinder in it for a while, the original engine got full of water and seized solid. Will re build and re-fit at a later date.
I intend to renovate to some where near original state, I have no need to undertake long trips so I'm happy to retain the 6 cylinder set up.
I am also searching for a few bits.
1 wheel step, an SU carby with intake elbow, even a picture old be useful, poss 1 bonnet latch.
I'd like some help with a few other matters as well.
The brake booster is missing along with some bracketry, a photo of the set up in place would be a great help.
I will need to re make the rear 3/4 of the upper chassis, it has been cut behind the cab when the steel tray was fitted, I've removed this.
Does anyone have drawings with dimensions of this or know where I could find them?
lastly, is there some way of finding out what year this 2b is? I thought it was a 67, would just like to confirm.
thanks in advance,
Peter.

Hi,
just wondering re this one for $25K--advert says a 2A but ENV's etc and front panel say 2B but inside gearstick location looks like 2A as in front of the seatbox--so what is it really as main advantage of 2B is the wider and safer diffs than the narrow 2A ones? Did soem late 2A's maybe come out with wider ENV's?
Thanks,
Alan
It will be a late 2A with the narrow track. A look at the rear spring mounts will show it.
Env,s were an option and so was the low light front panel.
The parts book says front panel 334460 2A up to suffix A
Then 336041 2A 2 1/4 litre from B onwards all 2.6 litre and series 2B to suffix c. So that will be when the low light came in on the 2A and followed on to the early 2B.
Then came 345638 for series 2B suffix C onward. What the difference is they dont say. Mine is a 2A with the hi lights. It came with a rover diff in front and ENV in rear.
The 2B had a cable driven wiper the 2A individual wipers like this one.
Good spotting guys. I just went off the front panel when I was uploading it.
Thank you for the information Keith, I have added it to my knowledge bank.
Is this list still kept current?
I had a look at 30100137B today in WA.
2A with 6 cylinder and ENV rear axle.
