Thanks all for the invitations, it is great to feel so welcomed.

Had a quick thought, what are some good Aussie movies I should see?

Yep, you have to watch The Castle. Funny movie.

    You should also watch :

    • The Man from Snowy River for a bit of horsey adventure.
    • Gallipoli - one of the best war movies ever made, in my opinion. I'm from England and they made us watch this when we were kids at school in history class, it's that good.
    • Chopper - a movie based on the life of a famous Aussie standover man called Mark Brandon 'Chopper" Read who died last Friday.
    • Rabbit Proof Fence
    • Crocodile Dundee
    • Mad Max
    • Muriel's Wedding
    • Two Hands (Heath Ledger and Rose Byrne very early in their careers)
    • Gettin' Square (Sam Worthington and David Wenham. Wenham is hilarious)

And, if you are heading to Sydney, give me a PM and we'll meet up.

    Bobby
