    Flywheel

    Hello from Brisbane.

Removing the flywheel from a petrol 2.25l engine. Have the retaining bolts off and given it a tap etc, but it isn’t budging so far.

    Any tips?

    Cheers,

    Neil

    Hello again.

I pulled the starter out and hit the back of the flywheel with a brass drift. First tap and it freed - had the retaining bolts partly installed to prevent it falling out.

    Cheers,
