    Stolen Isuzu stage 3

Hi all, its been a year since the theft of my 1982 series 3 stage one 3.9D from Northern New South Wales. We have owned it for over 20 years, am the second owner. It was converted into a camper/ market truck with alloy high roof and side loading door. It was originally a 3 door panel van. so could easily be converted to a ute. It was in amazing rust free condition, new brakes ,hoses, waterpump, steering, twin tanks, battery mounted left handside of chassis, fitted with airco, swingaway spare wheel , 3 front seats.( 2 range rover seats. Running on Defender rims with almost new Dueler MTs. It was taken from our farm in a targeted theft. We live down a deadend road not somewhere you pass often. Through Instagram and facebook we tracked it to Keilvale near Murwillumbah, a trucky helped the 3 persons get it going, it had a diesel feed isssue. ( waiting for me to pull the tanks.)
Someone must know something. Am offering a reward for info leading to its return. This was posted on Aulro right after the theft last year. Thanks for sharing this again, Please contact me through this page or johnycutts@gmail.com

Damn. I would be mighty angry motivated to hunt the mongrel down whom did this to me..
Hell hath little fury compared to a man unrighteously separated from his Landrover 4BD1 steed.
Its likely sitting on a farm behind a tree somewhere not more than fifty km away I bet.
I think you are right, the body is likely to be removed from the cab/chassis. perhaps check the tips and dumps.
    they will be keeping quiet.
Make noise, post up reward signs, speak to anyone and everyone. Known spare parts shops too- check if anyone has been coming in asking for older 4bd1 parts..
One year later, the engine may even now be serving duty in another rig or donated/grafted to a dead 200tdi/300tdi/v8 body- even an NPR. They may even be stupid enough to try to blue slip or pink slip the vehicle. Rego engine checks through RTA may also be an option.
If that's the case, then perhaps look twice at every daggy bodied defender you come across locally...
    You never know.

    Never stopped looking

Thanks for support, This is personal as the truck was so much part of the family. We have had posters out Instagram facebook local newspapers, the cops, well its just anoth
er stolen cart mate!! I asked if they could do a partial vin number search at the RTA and the cops, apparently the computers cant access across state borders and the cops cant do partial info searches, unbelievable. If I had crossed a double white line in an unregistered car I am sure I would be found.
